With a career in real estate spanning 17 years, Suzanne Schinsing is an expert in marketing and selling homes, with extensive knowledge in North Florida and the surrounding area. Suzanne represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury and pre-construction homes and condominiums throughout St. Johns and Duval Counties, including Marsh Landing Country Club, Seaview Park, Old Ponte Vedra, Atlantic Beach and Pablo Creek Reserve.
Suzanne has lived through the buying and selling process many times in a diverse range of places. She was born in Ohio and has lived in many states throughout the country, including California, New York, Virginia, Minnesota, Texas and Florida. Her exposure to a multitude of markets, cultures and ways of being serves as a testament to her flexibility and dynamic nature, giving her a unique perspective as an agent. Her mission is centered on fulfilling her clients’ needs; listening to their goals, coming up with a plan, and executing that plan is what she does best, with a lively and warm personality to match.
