Marissa earned her real estate license in 2024 after returning home to Jacksonville following her college soccer career. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in the Science of Psychology and played at the University of North Florida before using her additional NCAA eligibility to continue playing at the University of Southern Mississippi pursuing a Masters in Speech Pathology. Ultimately, she realized that Jacksonville was where she wanted to build her life and career.

Today, Marissa combines her lifelong knowledge and love of the area with a fresh perspective, energy, and genuine commitment to her clients. Since March 2026, she has had the opportunity to work alongside an experienced real estate mentor with extensive knowledge of Ponte Vedra Beach, real estate transactions, title, and property management—giving her valuable insight into both the local market and the details involved in a successful transaction.

Marissa is passionate about helping buyers and sellers throughout Jacksonville, Ponte Vedra Beach, and the surrounding coastal communities. Whether helping someone find their first home, relocate to Northeast Florida, purchase a beach property, or sell their current home, she approaches every client relationship with professionalism, attentiveness, and a strong desire to make the process as seamless as possible.

Her love for homes and real estate began long before becoming an agent, growing up watching HGTV with her mother and developing an appreciation for homes, design, renovations, and the excitement of finding the right place to call home.
