Jonatha Swatek

Jonatha has been a continually licensed REALTOR® in Florida since 1976. She received a Broker’s license in 1977 and owned her own real estate company for over 10 years. She brings extensive experience and knowledge of the local market having been involved in sales in the early days of Sawgrass and a property owner in Ponte Vedra since the mid 70’s. Jonatha recently joined Ponte Vedra Club Realty as a Broker Associate after relocating from St. Louis with her husband where she was with an international real estate firm. Jonatha believes that property is one of the most important investments in folks lives and a purchase or a sale demands attention and discretion (“high fives” when things are going well and real hard work when things aren’t).
