Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Shannon Murray relocated to the First Coast 30 years ago and is proud to call it home. Shannon began her professional career in Human Resources with CSX, a Fortune 500 transportation company based in Jacksonville, Florida. Her corporate background in business, market pricing and creative marketing made for an easy transition into the real estate industry. Shannon interacted closely with high-level executives and senior leaders, advising them on market trends to drive pay decisions, which identified her as a knowledgeable advisor and strong negotiator throughout her career. Shannon’s strategic vision, combined with her strong analytical and communication skills allows her the ability to identify strong business opportunities and successfully close a deal. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys all that Northeast Florida has to offer and loves soaking up the sun at the beach with her husband, John and twins, Jack & Elizabeth. She also enjoys traveling, boating, running, and living a healthy lifestyle. As an alumna of Flagler College, she enjoys serving on the Women of Vision Advisory Board of Directors and has been heavily involved with their premier annual fundraiser, which supports local educational opportunities.
